This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Deliver all curricula utilizing instructor-led, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats.

• Conduct both standard and customized classes based on customer specifications.

• Adhere to effective pedagogy practices tailored for adult learners.

• Oversee the creation of course materials to meet learning objectives; modify learning objectives as necessary.

• Assess training materials for potential enhancements.

• Engage in self-directed learning to grasp all technologies integrated into the curricula.

• Take part in engineering and product planning meetings.

• Join industry-related forums to verify the accuracy of technical information.

• Provide training and mentorship to training specialists.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HVACR technician, wholesaler, educator, or in a comparable HVACR industry position.

• Familiarity with residential controls and components.

• Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time.

• Capability to present to groups and facilitate learning programs effectively.

• Proficient in delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Competent in technology, including the Microsoft Suite of Products, PCs, and mobile devices.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
