Church Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and actively contribute to the ministry through prayer and actions.

• Oversee daily operational processes.

• Facilitate church engagement workflows.

• Manage reporting and operational systems.

• Implement recruitment strategies to enhance church participation and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process coordination, operations, administrative support, customer service, or project management.

• Proficient in data management and reporting.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Preferred experience in church, ministry, or nonprofit settings.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework and experience.

• Strong skills in organization and time management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.

• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Must be able and willing to work full-time remotely within the United States.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
