Recruiter – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which involves sourcing resumes, headhunting, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, administering assessments, and generating evaluation reports.

• Independently manage all phases of the recruitment process in a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess experience in recruitment and selection for positions that range from operational to strategic levels.

• Must reside in Blumenau or nearby areas.

• Should have access to a personal laptop.

• Must be available to work during standard business hours.

• Preferred qualifications include being currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Human Resources (HR) or Psychology.
