This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborating closely with senior leadership to comprehend hiring requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies for Software Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure.
• Overseeing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
• Creating and maintaining robust pipelines of interested technical talent and fostering relationships over time.
• Assisting in process improvement, influencing hiring culture, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
• Leveraging data to deliver insights, monitor progress, and guide decisions at every stage.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting for technical roles—Software Engineering, Product, Data, and/or Infrastructure.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates across various platforms, with an emphasis on quality and long-term compatibility.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers effectively.
• A people-centric approach and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Prior experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.
