This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating applicants, conducting initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market analysis and continuous management of talent pools.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong ratios from submission to interviews and from interviews to offers.
• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.
• Present high-quality talent for available positions and address any objections encountered during the hiring process.
• Advise client hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation packages, and the overall recruitment process.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.
• Update and manage data within the applicant tracking system, maintain reports, and handle related administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to execute all facets of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and closing candidates.
• Capacity to deliver results in a dynamic, metrics-driven, and deadline-oriented recruiting environment.
• Proven track record of surpassing performance expectations and goals, with the ability to implement feedback for optimal outcomes.
• Confidence in communicating the recruiting pipeline effectively to others.
• Strong focus on client needs and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Capability to execute recruitment strategies while articulating RPO and client relationships clearly.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace changing directions and priorities.
• Active engagement in the recruiting team and contribution to a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including intermediate skills in MS Office.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
