This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide advanced technical support to customers through various channels with ease.
• Resolve customer issues utilizing omnichannel methods and artificial intelligence.
• Support customers with "Do It with Me" setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist users through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.
• Keep thorough documentation of all customer interactions.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of pertinent technical support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of making informed decisions and taking responsibility.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs.
• Advanced technical skills to comprehend and explain essential processes to customers.
• Must be able to obtain and sustain state licenses and technical certifications as required.
