Technical Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance to all customers utilizing a ticket-based case management system and knowledge repository.

• Maintain, update, and implement modifications to client websites using HTML, CSS / LESS, and JavaScript (jQuery library).

• Address customer inquiries through chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.

• Resolve customer issues within a reasonable timeframe.

• Offer education and coaching on the InteractRV website platform to customers and colleagues as required.

• Participate in training sessions focused on new web technologies and product features.

• Develop content for the InteractRV Knowledge Base (both internal and customer-facing).

• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to address low-level escalations.

• Provide a technical support experience that exceeds customer expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS / LESS or SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, including understanding concepts such as layout design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.

• Solid knowledge of mobile-first, responsive web design, and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Flexbox.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior customer service experience (2+ years preferred).

• Prior web development experience (1+ years preferred).

• Comfortable working in a team environment and managing frequent interruptions.

• Clear speaking voice and proficient phone skills.

• Enjoys tackling technical challenges and working to create innovative solutions.
