This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Install, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems.
• Address technical requests or issues raised by staff by resolving tickets.
• Troubleshoot both technical and process-related problems to ensure productivity is maintained.
• Consult with users to identify their specific hardware and software needs.
• Analyze technical applications and suggest methods to enhance the capabilities of computer systems.
• Assess the compatibility of new programs with current systems.
• Validate program objectives and specifications through thorough testing and necessary adjustments.
• Review vendor-supplied software for its compatibility with existing hardware and applications.
• Install software and essential workflow applications.
• Train users on new software using videos, manuals, and digital instructional pages.
• Ensure system capability is maintained.
• Conduct performance tuning for software, network, and database systems.
• Document updates made to hardware and software.
• Stay informed about technical advancements through workshops, publications, and professional organizations.
• Prepare operating instructions and reference materials for users.
• Collaborate with team members to support the success of the program.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, ideally with customer support via email and chat.
• Proficient in installing software and applications on computers and/or mobile devices.
• Possess the technical skills necessary to troubleshoot bugs and a resourceful approach to finding solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of web-based and mobile applications.
• Availability to work during US business hours and weekends, with a flexible schedule based on operational demands.
• Native or near-native proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong grammatical accuracy.
• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex and abstract concepts in simple terms.
• Capability to effectively convey tone through written communication.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in navigating various resources and troubleshooting independently.
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes.
