This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Foster customer engagement and ensure value realization through the platform.
• Maintain project milestones and optimize customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Certified).
• Comprehensive understanding or practical experience with programming languages including Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing technical roles (Pre-Sales/Post-Sales).
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas.
• Proficient in building and nurturing relationships with technical stakeholders.
