This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the design of the overall system architecture for federal data integration.
• Establish and set the baseline for the interoperability conformance framework, which includes API standards, protocols, and data exchange requirements.
• Create an end-to-end integration architecture that encompasses cloud data platforms, web applications, authoritative data systems, and decision logic engines.
• Manage workstream activities across all phases of the project.
• Perform validation of technical architecture compliance.
• Assess proposed technical modifications against platform limitations and escalate boundary violations as necessary.
• Direct the design of the authorized API integration pathway between source systems and the cloud data platform.
• Oversee the technical aspects of the production migration runbook and the execution of cutover activities.
• Lead the development of Final Operational Playbooks, including maintenance procedures, incident response protocols, and integration sustainability strategies.
• Act as the technical escalation point for intricate integration, compliance, and architectural challenges.
• A Bachelor's degree with 16 years of professional experience, a Master's degree with 14 years of professional experience, an Associate's degree with 18 years of professional experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 20 years of professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Extensive background in systems architecture or technical leadership on federal IT initiatives.
• Proven experience in designing end-to-end integration architectures for federal systems.
• In-depth knowledge of FITARA, FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and API integration design within a hybrid AWS cloud hosting environment.
• Experience in leading technical teams across multi-workstream federal programs.
• Strong technical documentation abilities and experience in producing architecture artifacts.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification is required.
• Potential eligibility for overtime pay.
