This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and deliver complex, hybrid directory services for a large-scale collaboration initiative under the Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS) contract.
• Supervise the design, implementation, and integration of essential Identity and Access Management services across various domains and cloud service environments.
• Facilitate seamless authentication processes for millions of users.
• Ensure compliance of directory and authentication services with relevant DoD instructions and guidelines.
• Offer services that support modern connectivity methods, including mobile devices.
• Provide direct support services to the DHA Program Management Office or DHA clients.
• Engineer and integrate new and upcoming technologies into the DHA service/baseline following initial deployment.
• Leverage expertise in traditional IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
• Deliver technical and engineering support for the design, implementation, modification, and sustainment of DHA projects and activities.
• Support multi-tenancy and hybrid cloud identity and access management infrastructures.
• Possession of an active DoD Secret clearance.
• IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or a comparable certification).
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Certification or equivalent Enterprise IT and Directory Services certifications.
• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Engineering and Directory Services.
• Proficiency with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Radiant Logic, and/or ForgeRock.
• Expertise in delivering secure IdAM solutions that support multi-tenancy and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Identity technologies, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Familiarity with Identity Federation (AD-FS), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and DoD PKI Infrastructure models.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical and process documentation.
• Background in managing and configuring Office 365, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Suite, and AzureAD.
• Expertise in Windows Server versions 2008-2016.
• Networking experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, SSL, VPN, network topology, and firewalls.
• Ability to inspire teams to excel over prolonged periods and in challenging conditions.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must currently hold Secret clearance and be capable of obtaining Secret clearance.
