Senior Agent Architect, Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive solution architectures for AI Agent implementations by integrating Parloa's platform with enterprise systems.

• Develop and set up integrations utilizing integration platforms and APIs.

• Address intricate, multi-system data flows.

• Work in collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or tailored integration scenarios.

• Implement structured testing to verify architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance.

• Identify and resolve obstacles in coordination with Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, and customers.

• Define the scope of AI Agent implementations and offer architectural guidance and execution support.

• Leverage knowledge of LLM internals, including embeddings, to craft prompts for dependable agent behavior.

• Convert customer workflows into organized conversational components.

• Refine conversational flows and voice output using SSML, Lexicons, and Regex.

• Compile best practices, instructional guides, and product capabilities for both internal and external audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.

• Strong systems thinking ability with experience in resolving complex technical challenges across multiple systems and data sources.

• Proven experience with large-scale SaaS implementations, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, and ticketing systems.

• Proficient in REST API design, JSON/XML data formats, API testing tools like Postman, and API authentication methods such as OAuth, API keys, and JWT.

• Experience in reading and utilizing API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving.

• Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows, including A/B testing to evaluate agent performance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English are essential.
