This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide technical assistance to the program manager while ensuring adherence to program quality control and accreditation standards.
• Engage in and facilitate the development of program resources.
• Perform both onsite and desk audits in accordance with established standards and program requirements.
• Complete audits by following agreed-upon timelines.
• Assist in documenting, communicating, and resolving audit findings.
• Maintain tracking and timelines for audits across various assessment projects.
• Offer a high level of customer service throughout the audit process.
• Produce clear technical audit reports with increasing complexity.
• Draft clear and technically precise audit reports.
• Provide certification services that align with SCS Corporate and Program Quality standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in quantitative sciences (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry).
• Over 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Professional and technical experience in manufacturing facilities within the consumer electronics, metals, plastics recycling, textile/apparel, building materials, or other relevant sectors, or auditing experience.
• Exceptional technical writing, observational, and data management abilities.
• Strong communication skills along with demonstrated critical thinking and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, with experience in professional and technical verbal and written communications with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
