This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute assigned project tasks across various services and project categories.
• Quickly adapt to changing priorities and workload requirements.
• Contribute wherever needed, not limited to a single specialty.
• Provide precise, high-quality technical deliverables that align with approved scopes and standards.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge in at least one primary vertical (experience in multiple verticals is preferred): Architecture, Structural, Civil, MEP, Construction / VDC.
• Within the primary vertical, independently produce work and effectively discuss methods, decisions, and results with clients.
• Be capable of performing Scan-to-BIM and modeling tasks within the primary vertical.
• Implement consistent modeling standards, accuracy, and best practices in assigned work.
• Build a working familiarity with adjacent verticals to enhance collaboration and flexibility.
• Support and present technical demonstrations related to service offerings.
• Engage in client discussions to explain technical work, workflows, and results.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Represent ATG with technical credibility in customer-facing situations.
• Adhere to established workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct self-checks and take part in peer reviews.
• Identify and report quality issues, risks, or constraints promptly.
• Assist in minimizing rework through disciplined execution.
• Continuously enhance technical skills across tools, workflows, and services.
• Broaden capabilities beyond a single vertical to remain effective and billable.
• Participate in internal training, educational initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Managers to identify growth opportunities that enhance versatility and value to the organization.
• Experience in delivering technical or professional services in a project-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in at least one vertical: Architecture, Structural, Civil, MEP, or Construction / VDC.
• Experience across multiple verticals is preferred.
• Ability to perform Scan-to-BIM and modeling tasks within the primary vertical.
• Proficiency with relevant Autodesk tools such as Revit, ACC, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
• Comfort in discussing technical work with clients and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Willingness to expand skill sets beyond a single vertical.
