This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• **The Role** This position represents a key technical addition to Nash, where we leverage AI models and agents to tackle intricate, real-world operational challenges at an enterprise level. This is a genuine Solutions Consulting role, merging traditional sales engineering with value consulting. Your performance will be quantified, but you will earn it by assisting customers in evaluating both how Nash integrates into their operations and the value of their investment.
• We are developing our Solutions Consulting team and require an individual who goes beyond merely delivering strong demonstrations. You will gain insights into how a customer's fleets, fulfillment channels, workflows, and systems function, and subsequently transform that understanding into a customized solution, technical design, and business rationale. This may involve mapping an integration, shaping a POC, assessing financial impact, or presenting recommendations to a CFO or COO.
• Our clientele consists of large enterprises with complex operations, and their actual challenges often do not become apparent during the initial conversation. This role focuses on digging deeper to identify the significant use case, then collaborating closely with the customer to design, validate, and promote the most suitable solution.
• **What You'll Own**
• - **Uncover the real pain points and use cases:** Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to comprehend how the customer operates and where Nash can deliver maximum value.
• - **Design the solution with the customer:** Transform discovery findings into a customized solution, swiftly navigating through cycles of scoping, architecture, demonstrations, testing, and refinement.
• - **Map how Nash fits into the customer’s stack:** Grasp how intricate merchants function across OMS, WMS, TMS, POS, carrier integrations, APIs, and data flows, and demonstrate precisely how Nash integrates.
• - **Run the sales engineering motion end to end:** Manage demos, trials, and POCs from discovery through technical validation, executive alignment, and obtaining a clear customer decision.
• - **Build and defend the business case:** Quantify the impact using the customer’s own data and present a convincing argument to CFOs, COOs, CEOs, and other financial decision-makers.
• - **Represent Nash as a credible advisor:** Establish credibility with prospects and partners, guide complex decision-making processes, and develop a robust perspective on where Nash adds the most value.
• - **Be first in:** Test new AI models, agent capabilities, and product features as they become available, and incorporate the most effective applications into active customer solutions.
• - **Experiment, then codify:** Enhance discovery frameworks, solution designs, value models, demonstrations, and executive narratives, then convert successful approaches into repeatable methods.
• - **Enable the rest of the team on value:** Share your insights with the GTM team and provide feedback to Product and Engineering regarding recurring customer needs and opportunities.
• - 4 to 6 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales, technical account management, technical program management, or another customer-facing technical role.
• - Proven track record of managing complex enterprise opportunities from initial conversation to closure.
• - A natural aptitude for discovery: you inquire deeper than surface-level pain points to uncover underlying issues.
• - Experience leading structured discovery sessions or workshops that yield clear use cases, requirements, and success criteria.
• - Practical knowledge of AI tools, including testing new models and applying them to genuine customer challenges.
• - Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture.
• - Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including experience in developing ROI models and justifying the assumptions behind them.
• - Executive presence with the ability to transition smoothly between business discussions with senior leaders and technical conversations with engineers.
• - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of functioning effectively in ambiguous situations.
• - Competitive base salary plus variable compensation (OTE aligned with top-quartile SaaS benchmarks).
• - Equity in a rapidly growing venture-backed company.
• - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
• - Flexible PTO and a remote-first culture.
