This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of project management for the modules under your responsibility, ensuring that tasks are executed appropriately and that the status of each implementation is accurately reported.
• Collaborate with customers to grasp their unique requirements, exceptional circumstances, and use cases, and subsequently identify and implement suitable solutions.
• Engage in hands-on configuration of the module, which includes setup, data triage, and customization.
• Comprehend data dependencies and assist in resolving any data-related issues.
• Cultivate expertise regarding how the module integrates within the larger SchooLinks product ecosystem.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with customers to ensure project momentum, foster buy-in, and promote adoption.
• Partner with Customer Success to coordinate customer interactions, manage escalations, and adhere to timelines.
• Constantly identify and document challenges and issues encountered by our partners.
• Support the Product team in quality assurance and enhancements of the product.
• At least 2 years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a comparable role within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Strong project management capabilities, including an understanding of task dependencies and sequencing.
• Experience in managing multiple clients at the same time.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic setting — adept at locating the necessary information as required.
• Enjoys delving into details to resolve issues, while maintaining a fundamental approach to completing tasks and deliverables.
• Solid technical comprehension — ability to understand the logic and functioning of platform data connections.
• Proficient in working with data feeds, which includes reviewing data files and identifying issues.
• Confident in presenting to district stakeholders and inspiring them to complete tasks.
• Clear and concise communicator — capable of distilling product and engineering terminology into simple and straightforward customer communications.
• Preferred, but not mandatory - experience with scripting (Python, etc.) and JSON data.
• Positive demeanor — able to remain optimistic in high-pressure situations.
