Technical Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in implementing IFS products while engaging directly with customers and partners.

• Oversee the delivery of the IFS solution, ensuring transparent communication regarding all solution aspects.

• Collaborate closely with the IFS Project Manager to mitigate risks arising from complex requirements.

• Coordinate and assign tasks within the delivery team.

• Work alongside partners and system integrators to guarantee a consistent IFS experience.

• Provide guidance on the effective use of IFS Accelerators.

• Ensure the delivery of value to the customer remains a top priority.

• Participate in the successful provision of additional consulting services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent professional qualifications.

• Experience with global transformation projects, including ERP, EAM, MES, or FSM.

• Proven expertise in global implementations across various industries.

• A solid track record in delivering Customer Value Realization.

• Exceptional communication skills at an advanced level.

• Comprehensive industry knowledge in commercial airline operations.

• Fluency in Japanese is essential, with business-level English preferred.
