This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Act as the main technical authority for channel partners in the designated region.
• Work collaboratively with key partners in the area to create detailed business plans that align with strategic goals.
• Offer technical pre-sales assistance to partners, including product presentations, demonstrations, and solution architecture design.
• Partner with your sales colleagues to discover opportunities for establishing new partnerships and enhancing existing ones.
• Organize and lead comprehensive technical training sessions for partners, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the company's products, solutions, and integration processes.
• Assist channel partners with technical challenges during and post-product implementation, acting as a bridge between them and the company's technical support teams.
• Utilize business and technical expertise to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet partner and customer requirements, while ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
• Remain informed about product roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry trends to effectively support partners in expanding their business.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of channel enablement materials, including technical guides, manuals, and webinars.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to offer insights on product enhancements based on feedback from partners and customers.
• Achieve results by keeping comprehensive records of partner interactions, sales pipelines, and technical support provided, while regularly updating management on progress.
• Over 5 years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a related technical role in the technology sector.
• Proficient in at least one of the following areas: Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.
• Prior experience working with channel partners is essential.
• Strong knowledge of channel sales models and experience collaborating with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners.
• Previous experience in selling, implementing, or managing SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience in complex sales that involve lengthy sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions is favored.
• Prior experience in designing cybersecurity solutions that address technical challenges and support business initiatives is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and secure buy-in from key stakeholders, whether in customer-facing or internal roles.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Practical experience with product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate independently as well as within a cross-functional team, managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region to support partners and participate in events as needed.
• Demonstrated success in influencing key stakeholders and obtaining buy-in for technical solutions.
• Proficient in English.
