This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Cultivate relationships with customers at various levels within their organization to gain insights into their immediate and future needs, preferences, alternative vendors, timelines, and any other constraints.
• Leverage knowledge of Westinghouse products to create tailored commercial proposals that include customer-specific value propositions—delivering the appropriate product at the optimal time and price.
• Work in partnership with Global Product Management to establish product strategies.
• Oversee project execution and customer interactions, addressing any issues that arise.
• Compile financial data, operational excellence (OE), pipeline growth, and market assessment score (MAS) for all pertinent product categories.
• Create necessary business cases to justify investments.
• Advise on pricing strategies aimed at maximizing market value while adhering to business plan assumptions such as MAS; partner with sales to finalize pricing for customers.
• Address emerging customer challenges, leading the team until project management resources are available, and collaborate with the team to formulate technical and commercial solutions.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, product engineering, product resource management, business, or operations, with a demonstrated progression of responsibility and complexity.
• Knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant design and operations (direct utility experience is preferred).
• Familiarity with Nuclear Power Plant probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) models and risk-informed applications, along with an understanding of current market drivers, participants, customers, and various levels of PRA practitioners and leadership.
