Proposal Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team of application engineers dedicated to defense-oriented initiatives.

• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales project lifecycle.

• Serve as a primary technical liaison with defense clients, prime contractors, and internal engineering teams.

• Ensure that solutions align with mission requirements, compliance regulations, and performance goals.

• Oversee engineering resources, priorities, and workloads across multiple simultaneous programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field from an accredited institution.

• At least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including roles in application engineering, systems engineering, or power systems that support complex technical programs.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading technical teams, including mentoring engineers and managing technical execution across various projects.

• Proven experience in defense, naval, or government-funded programs, with direct engagement with customers and program stakeholders.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
