This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee data and document migrations, encompassing extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, and validation.
• Develop SQL queries and scripts to troubleshoot issues, rectify data, and facilitate migrations.
• Execute sanctioned production data updates and corrections by adhering to review and change-control protocols.
• Utilize Python or comparable scripting languages to automate processes, manipulate data, and enhance migration workflows.
• Act as a Tier 3 technical escalation point for intricate product, data, document, API, and integration challenges.
• Replicate bugs, analyze root causes, and collaborate with Engineering and QA to test and confirm solutions.
• Assist clients and partners with API authentication, data mapping, payloads, error handling, and integration testing.
• Aid in the implementation of integrations such as QuickBooks, OneDrive, and various third-party platforms.
• Oversee specialized technical projects, including domain or URL modifications, legacy feature migrations, and intricate system configurations.
• Generate technical documentation, reusable scripts, migration tools, and troubleshooting resources.
• Provide insights to Product and Engineering regarding recurring customer challenges and opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Work in conjunction with Technical Services, Engineering, Product, QA, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
• A minimum of five years of experience in solutions engineering, technical services, data migration, implementation engineering, application support, or a related field.
• Extensive background in data migration and ETL processes.
• Proficient SQL skills, including complex queries, troubleshooting, optimization, and production data updates.
• Experience with Python or a similar programming language for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot data quality issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Strong comprehension of relational databases, data mapping, and database architecture.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, logs, and system integrations.
• Experience in migrating documents, file metadata, and substantial data sets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and technical documentation capabilities.
• Ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: Background in SaaS, legal technology, case management, CRM, or similar data-driven platforms.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Power BI.
• Preferred: Knowledge of supporting accounting integrations such as QuickBooks.
• Preferred: Experience in assisting with QA, release validation, or automated testing.
• Preferred: Familiarity with building internal migration, monitoring, or support tools.
