This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all pre-sales technical interactions, which include discovery, requirements definition, and solution architecture design.
• Create and present engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations customized to meet prospective customer needs.
• Act as the main technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process for both Commercial and Field Accounts.
• Offer technical direction and support to the Technical Engagement Managers to guarantee effective customer onboarding and program implementation.
• Address and resolve intricate technical escalations from internal customer-facing teams.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to convert customer insights and technical deficiencies into future product specifications.
• Partner with Sales, Partners, and Marketing teams to produce technical materials, best practices, and training for enablement.
• Keep an expert-level understanding of the company's product offerings, the technology behind them, and the competitive environment.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-oriented technical position such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Program Manager.
• Proven capability to lead technical conversations and design solutions for enterprise-level clients.
• Established skill in converting complex technical ideas into clear business-value propositions.
• Familiarity with CRM software, project management applications, and the creation of technical documentation.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Offensive Security, especially in Penetration Testing and/or Red Teaming.
