This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales to assist qualified opportunities from the discovery phase through to closure.
• Facilitate technical discussions and provide workflow-driven product demonstrations.
• Aid prospects in linking their current scheduling methods to Planera.
• Conduct discovery sessions to comprehend how customers create and oversee schedules presently.
• Present customized demonstrations to project managers, superintendents, schedulers, and leaders in operations.
• Articulate CPM concepts confidently: logic, sequencing, constraints, calendars, and lookaheads.
• Steer follow-up technical discussions and deeper explorations as necessary throughout the sales process.
• Convey information clearly to all levels within a construction organization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or heavy civil construction.
• Practical experience in building and managing project schedules.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Superintendent with significant scheduling involvement.
• Roles in construction operations with direct ownership of schedules.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Comprehensive understanding of CPM scheduling principles.
• High technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
