This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Address customer product inquiries through phone or written, internet-based email.
• Resolve customer issues that arise during installation, operation, maintenance, or concerns regarding product application or compatibility.
• Record customer interactions and recurring technical problems to aid in product quality initiatives and development.
• At least 1-5 years of practical experience.
• Knowledge of the networking industry, including products and protocols.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
• High level of comfort with Linux.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, shell).
