Principal Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete technical presales and solution delivery process for strategic and enterprise clients in the Middle East, starting from initial discovery to PoC, architecture design, and production readiness.

• Act as a trusted technical consultant for senior customer stakeholders including CTOs, Heads of ML, Platform Engineering, and AI Infrastructure teams.

• Lead the design of intricate ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures, encompassing large-scale training and inference workloads on GPU-accelerated cloud platforms.

• Create, validate, and document reference architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and optimal deployment patterns utilizing Nebius AI.

• Spearhead and conduct advanced PoCs, workshops, architecture reviews, and high-level presentations to showcase value and hasten customer adoption.

• Establish reliable relationships with clients across government, enterprise, AI-native, and digital-native sectors in the Gulf region.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to convey real-world customer needs and influence product roadmap choices.

• Serve as the primary technical authority for significant customer scenarios within internal teams (Product, Support, Marketing).

• Assist in strategic marketing efforts, including conferences, hackathons, webinars, customer case studies, and technical thought leadership initiatives throughout the Middle East.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to fellow Solutions Architects, contributing to the overall technical excellence of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in senior technical positions such as Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, ML Platform Engineer, or equivalent, with substantial customer-facing responsibilities.

• Profound knowledge of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, storage, Kubernetes, containers, and GPU-accelerated computing.

• Strong comprehension of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps platforms, model training, inference, and large-scale GPU environments.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex enterprise architectures and technical solutions for strategic clients.

• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, capable of translating intricate technical concepts into business value.

• Proven track record of leading technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

• Extensive experience working with enterprise clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

• Strong familiarity with the regional technology ecosystem, procurement processes, and customer landscape in Gulf countries.

• Native or fluent Arabic and professional proficiency in English are essential.

• Willingness to travel across the Middle East as necessary.
