This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Foster and nurture growth by identifying new opportunities and conducting prospecting activities to enhance sales.
• Maintain essential relationships while crafting and implementing regional sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Promote and inform integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users about the advantages of the Axis body worn solution.
• Serve as the internal resource and subject matter expert on the Axis body worn solution for the business area while managing localized strategic plans.
• Implement plans in line with team strategic goals, demand generation, KPIs, and program objectives, providing monthly progress reports.
• Exhibit a consultative approach with a value-based sales strategy by posing insightful questions to facilitate growth, instead of merely suggesting products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations effectively.
• Oversee forecasting, including opportunity and pipeline management.
• Stay updated on body worn solutions and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to gather, compile, and prioritize market feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years in sales or business development, preferably in the physical security sector (with specific experience in body worn solutions).
• Proficient in Salesforce and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Skilled in account management and new business generation.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a keen focus on detail.
• Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Resilient, self-driven, flexible, and adaptable.
