Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Delivery team to design, support, and maintain dependable and efficient Cerby RPA flows.

• Oversee, identify, and resolve issues within automation workflows.

• Partner with the Technical Support team to troubleshoot and fix problems.

• Engage with Cerby’s product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements to the RPA system and address customer-related incidents.

• Evaluate user activity and feedback to inform the development of new automations and enhancements.

• Create, enhance, and sustain knowledge base articles for both internal and public documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working with JavaScript (TypeScript is advantageous) in coding, testing, debugging, and automation methodologies.

• Familiarity with the technical framework of web crawlers, including XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON, and APIs.

• Practical experience with RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting web technologies (HTML/CSS) using developer tools in browsers.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly with branching and merging (GitHub).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team across various time zones.

• Strong capability to write code that is user-friendly for others.

• Skill in simplifying complex processes into clear instructions for non-technical users.

• Willingness to be available for on-call shifts.

• Preferable: Experience in building web applications.

• Understanding of the complexities within a mobile ecosystem, including the intricacies of both iOS and Android operating system development.

• Experience with complex SQL queries.

• Experience in security products or working within heavily regulated industries is a plus.
