Technical Solutions Architect, RedHat

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Offer technical expertise and knowledge to customers regarding RedHat/OpenShift.

• Guide clients in their transition to cloud-based solutions and managed Datacentre services.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the capabilities of modern Datacentre platforms.

• Assist the commercial team in formulating and developing proposals for clients.

• Collaborate with partners to identify their needs and business opportunities through technical consultancy.

• Validate and work on NetApp configurations to support business operations.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, webinars, and solution presentations for partners, including participation in vendor and industry events.

• Create Proof of Concepts (PoC) within actual customer environments.

• Demonstrated experience with RedHat/OpenShift.

• Strong customer focus with a knack for innovation and technology.

• Ability to take initiative and be a proactive self-starter.

• Empathetic, fair, and generous in staff and people management.

• Possess a highly entrepreneurial spirit characterized by a “let’s make it happen” attitude, along with initiative and adaptability.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for Information Technology.

• Willingness to undertake some national travel to meet with partners.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in French or Dutch is highly valued.
