Technical Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support business development efforts, capture initiatives, and pre-RFP solutioning by participating in BD meetings and shaping strategies for federal civilian and DoD opportunities, positioning Valiant for new business wins.

• Serve as the Technical Solution Architecture Lead, overseeing comprehensive solution architecture for opportunities in cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management, enterprise operations, and SOC modernization.

• Prepare, lead, and author technical sections for RFIs/RFPs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and readability for both technical and non-technical reviewers.

• Collaborate with various Valiant programs to gain insights into existing capabilities and incorporate lessons learned into future solutioning efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or a minimum of five (5) relevant technical certifications.

• Over 10 years of experience in federal IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, modernization, or enterprise engineering.

• A decade of experience crafting technical content in response to federal RFPs.

• Proven track record of securing federal contracts or task orders.

• Familiarity with the following technical domains: System development and engineering, Cybersecurity and SOC engineering, Cloud architecture and modernization, DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines, Network operations, Data engineering or analytics, Enterprise IT support or integration.

• Solid understanding of enterprise architectures, federal frameworks, and solution design principles.

• Capability to lead and draft technical approaches, BOEs/BOMS, LOEs, and solution documents.

• Proficient in Google Apps for Business, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint collaboration tools.

• Robust understanding of ITIL, Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and evaluation methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
