Technical Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and design interactive solutions (web-based, inter-process, embedded).

• Facilitate design discussions for innovative accelerators.

• Deliver intricate design requirements for significant features and new solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure consistency with the evolving standards of the Genesis/Solution Packaging Kit development.

• Document source codes, establish standards, enhance them, create APIs, design flow diagrams, and review code submissions.

• Conduct unit testing for the code and solutions developed by other team members.

• Engage with individuals both inside and outside the Product & Engineering teams to comprehend their priorities regarding Genesis block development and maintain their involvement with the overarching Genesis solution direction and standards.

• Assist in compiling Genesis block development standards alongside the Product and Engineering teams and Solution Network leadership.

• Aid in the delivery of essential toolkits, including the Solution Packaging Kit, Productization Playbook, and any other necessary toolkits to empower partners in their Genesis development efforts, including use cases and innovative custom page integrations.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders within and outside the Solution Network to create, update, and deliver toolkits while ensuring alignment with leadership objectives.

• Contribute to commercialization initiatives by supporting Genesis-related release activities and working alongside key team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field; or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in .NET software development.

• More than 5 years of professional experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the definition of product vision or standards.

• Knowledge of platform architecture, reusable components, and modular design (experience with low-code/no-code is a plus).

• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills; adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Technical familiarity and implementation experience with the OneStream platform.
