Technical Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Implement and maintain digital solutions throughout hospital systems.

• Lead the technical deployment of Intuitive’s digital solutions across regional Integrated Delivery Networks and hospitals, from pre-sales readiness to activation and long-term sustainability.

• Collaborate with Multiport, Single Port, and Endoluminal capital teams, as well as Digital Sales Representatives, to engage regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital stakeholders.

• Assist in pre-sales strategy by offering technical clarity.

• Engage with customer technical review boards, data and AI governance, and networking teams.

• Present technical presentations, including product overviews, data flow, and network topology diagrams.

• Create and maintain standardized implementation processes for enterprise or local hospital deployments.

• Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions through documentation, validated configurations, and timely communication.

• Support the adoption of digital solutions post-go-live and ensure customer utilization.

• Synthesize field insights and customer feedback to influence product roadmap direction and eliminate systemic barriers.

• Pursue continuous learning in relevant technologies, project leadership, and stakeholder management.

• Share best practices to enhance team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital roles within healthcare.

• Profound knowledge of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.

• Experience in account management or direct collaboration with capital sales teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills when interacting with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Comfortable with a flexible and dynamic work schedule.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Ability to access surgical and other patient care areas.

• May need to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.

• May be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, or a Technology Control Plan.
