This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehend each customer's workflows, key performance indicators (KPIs), and limitations.
• Convert business requirements into precise, testable specifications.
• Differentiate between regulatory obligations, essential customer features, and desirable enhancements.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product to align requirements with current features, planned roadmap items, and necessary customizations.
• Articulate the benefits of solutions regarding data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Define the data exchange process between GridUnity and customer systems.
• Map fields, pinpoint transformations, and verify data integrity.
• Oversee the configuration of GridUnity products and confirm customer IT environments are prepared.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and the Customer Experience (CX) team to orchestrate User Acceptance Testing.
• Monitor issues, assist in defect triage, and manage readiness checklists.
• Coordinate cutover processes with customers and internal teams.
• Work alongside Business Analysts to document requirements and benchmark them against industry best practices and product functionalities.
• Develop clear source-to-target data mappings, validate data ownership and quality rules, and review historical data to mitigate risk.
• Identify potential future integration opportunities.
• Contribute to Statements of Work and participate in scoping workshops.
• Serve as the technical liaison during sales and initial project phases.
• Assist in delivering product demonstrations and training, ensuring seamless transitions to customer administrators and support teams.
• Fundamental understanding of the U.S. transmission interconnection ecosystem.
• 3–6+ years in a customer-facing solutions capacity (Solutions/Business Analyst, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant).
• Strong competencies in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN/UML or similar), gap analysis, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with systems integration principles: REST APIs, JSON/CSV, authentication, data mapping, and basic ETL.
• Ability to interpret payloads, suggest data mappings, and recognize edge cases.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and providing business context to engineers.
• Experience in supporting project execution: issue tracking, risk management, test planning, and utilizing tools such as Jira/Confluence.
• Adaptable and proactive mindset suitable for a scaling B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and meticulous documentation practices.
• Familiarity with implementation methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, etc.).
