This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Serve as a committed supervisor for the team, sales, and customers within the region.
• Conduct visits to customer sites with Field Service Engineers to address complaints, escalations, pricing, quotations, and repair costs, while also assisting sales with tendering processes.
• Offer technical guidance to customers, sales staff, and healthcare professionals by addressing product-related inquiries, issues, and challenges.
• Equip sales personnel with the essential technical information required for product demonstrations.
• Act as the intermediary between sales teams and customers regarding technical matters.
• Deliver technical presentations during sales meetings or at customer locations.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fundamental management techniques such as work scheduling, prioritization, coaching, and process execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of operational systems, techniques, and practices typically acquired through extensive experience.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese, along with a good command of Spanish.
• Exceptional communication abilities, coupled with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, balanced with speed and efficiency.
• A respected team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing high-pressure situations.
• Extensive experience with medical devices, including familiarity with hospital environments and the organization of various departments: procurement, theatre, service engineers, etc.
• Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver’s license.
