Technical Services Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Technical Services team to assist in architectural space planning and design for both international and local projects, in addition to cost estimating tasks.

• Utilize 2D presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.

• Provide expertise in local and international cost estimates, ensuring precision and compliance with project requirements.

• Work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times for project deliverables.

• Maintain precise documentation and records pertaining to technical projects and specifications.

• Offer technical expertise and assistance to other departments as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in 2D design and knowledge of 3D design software applications is beneficial but not required (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

• Strong grasp of architectural design principles and construction processes, both locally and internationally.

• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate efficiently within a team and across various departments.

• Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality sector is a plus.
