Technical Service Technician – Entry-Level, UPS/HVAC, Bi-Lingual Mandarin Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist senior engineers with the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.

• Engage in structured training programs centered around safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.

• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance under supervision.

• Aid in the testing and inspection of systems to guarantee performance and compliance.

• Accurately complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.

• Adhere to Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites.

• Travel regionally, and occasionally nationwide, for field assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, UPS, or a related technical field (Military technical experience is also taken into account).

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential.

• Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical concepts (voltage, current, airflow, pressure, etc.) is required.

• A strong desire to learn and adhere to safety protocols.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• A valid driver’s license and the capacity to travel as needed.
