This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Offer technical support and assistance for inquiries and issues related to equipment.
• Identify and resolve complex problems involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software systems.
• Record customer interactions and technical challenges in the CRM platform.
• Provide support for two model families (AWP, TMH, or Scissor).
• Utilize technical documentation and resources to deliver precise solutions.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to internal teams or management as necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues.
• Assist internal team members by sharing troubleshooting tips and product information.
• Use and share knowledge articles while identifying inaccuracies or opportunities for new materials.
• Keep updated with product advancements, industry developments, and best practices in product support.
• Engage in continuous training and contribute insights on product knowledge and issue resolution during team meetings.
• Relay customer feedback and technical issues to the customer support team.
• Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on feedback and market trends.
• Address customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
• High School Diploma or GED along with three (3) or more years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Strong skills in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and technical support tools.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis and knowledge management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Specialized Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to outstanding service.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and software systems utilized in equipment manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to engage in extended computer use, sit, walk across various terrains or shop floors, stand, lift moderately up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work in varying temperatures or noise levels.
