📋 Description

• Conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on laboratory equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.

• Diagnosing and analyzing technical issues in devices and systems, troubleshooting, and executing necessary repairs.

• Installing and commissioning new equipment, while also providing training to laboratory staff on its correct usage and operation.

• Offering technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

• Meticulously documenting all performed work, including service reports and technical records.

• Overseeing the procurement, replacement, and inventory management of spare parts as required.

• Ensuring that all equipment complies with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinating the delivery and setup of equipment for laboratories or medical facilities.

• Assisting the sales team by participating in national trade fairs and congresses, while maintaining close collaboration with sales colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in the Bucharest region.

• Completed education in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, or a similar technical field.

• Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment, preferably within the medical technology or laboratory industry.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly comprehend and diagnose complex systems.

• A self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of personal initiative.

• Proficient in IT, including MS Office, service software, and experience with laboratory or practice management systems.
