This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems as well as PLC-based equipment (such as Allen Bradley, Modicon, etc.).
• Deliver on-site customer support, which includes emergency service calls, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
• Leverage your expertise to program, modify, and debug PLC code along with robotic applications.
• Train and mentor field service technicians regarding equipment and controls.
• Create and submit comprehensive service reports that encompass program updates and drawings.
• Collaborate independently and with teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and punctually.
• Over 3 years of advanced PLC programming experience (including Allen Bradley and other PLC systems).
• More than 3 years of solid mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• At least 3 years of field service experience in the electro-mechanical domain.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Office products and Operating Systems (e.g., Windows XP).
• A valid Driver's license.
• Dependable transportation to a major airport (must reside within a one-hour commute of the nearest airport).
• A willingness to travel 95% of the time across the Southeastern United States.
