This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ Conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on laboratory equipment and systems.
β’ Detecting and analyzing technical issues in devices and systems.
β’ Installing and commissioning new equipment, along with training laboratory staff.
β’ Offering technical support and guidance to customers.
β’ Precisely documenting all tasks performed, including service reports.
β’ Overseeing the procurement, replacement, and inventory of spare parts.
β’ Ensuring that all equipment complies with relevant quality standards.
β’ Coordinating the delivery and installation of equipment in laboratories.
β’ Assisting the sales team by participating in national trade fairs.
β’ Completed training in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
β’ Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment.
β’ Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly comprehend and troubleshoot complex systems.
β’ A self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of personal initiative.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively throughout Switzerland.
β’ Proficient in IT, including MS Office and service software.
