Technical Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on laboratory equipment and systems.

• Detecting and analyzing technical issues in devices and systems.

• Installing and commissioning new equipment, along with training laboratory staff.

• Offering technical support and guidance to customers.

• Precisely documenting all tasks performed, including service reports.

• Overseeing the procurement, replacement, and inventory of spare parts.

• Ensuring that all equipment complies with relevant quality standards.

• Coordinating the delivery and installation of equipment in laboratories.

• Assisting the sales team by participating in national trade fairs.

• Completed training in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, or a similar technical field.

• Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly comprehend and troubleshoot complex systems.

• A self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of personal initiative.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Switzerland.

• Proficient in IT, including MS Office and service software.
