• Offer expert technical and scientific assistance for enzyme and yeast applications in client settings.
• Partner with sales teams during customer engagements, training sessions, and onsite visits.
• Act as an internal technical authority on designated product lines, applications, and their limitations.
• Conduct regular plant visits to carry out process audits, laboratory analyses, and performance enhancements.
• Evaluate process and laboratory data to pinpoint areas for improvement and propose recommendations.
• Create tools or models to facilitate data analysis and informed technical decision-making.
• Provide training for customers regarding product selection, application, and optimization processes.
• Offer post-sale technical support during product testing and implementation phases.
• Aid in account planning and recognize business development opportunities from both technical and commercial standpoints.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related areas).
• 3–4 years of experience in an industrial biotechnology setting (enzymes, food, fuel alcohol, or similar sectors).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in interpreting technical data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with JMP or other statistical software is preferred.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-driven and results-focused, with the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams in Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
