Account Payable / Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Executing, documenting, and reconciling financial transactions

• Evaluating accounts payable, cash outflows, billing, and cash inflows

• Aiding in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes

• Overseeing collections and reviewing fixed assets, taxes, and franchise taxes

• Preparing daily and month-end closing entries, including payroll processing

• Cultivating and sustaining a comprehensive understanding of accounting operations

• Acquiring proficiency in the client's accounting software systems

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required

• 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance
