• Oversee the strategic marketing and sales of Instrumentation products throughout the United States.
• Enhance ABB's market visibility through technical knowledge and outstanding customer interaction.
• Present a tailored ABB Instrumentation portfolio that meets specific customer applications.
• Identify and prioritize key Instrumentation accounts within the US.
• Serve as Account Manager for Automation accounts in collaboration with the local Account Manager, potentially overseeing accounts nationally and globally.
• Accountable for meeting key performance targets (e.g., volume, pricing, and product mix) for instrumentation solutions in the US.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and execute them with consistent follow-up.
• Analyze market trends and suggest strategic adjustments to adapt to evolving market conditions and competitive dynamics.
• Supply relevant market data to support long- to mid-term decision-making.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 10 years of experience, or an Associate's Degree/High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the measurement and analytical industry is required, with a strong preference for flow measurement experience.
• Proven ability to create and execute structured sales processes and strategies that enhance efficiency and lead to a successful team; a dedicated focus on the desires, needs, goals, and objectives of end users and customers.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, depending on home location and customer targets, as well as project/EPC offices in primary targeted regions.
• Candidates must already possess work authorization that allows them to work permanently for ABB in the US.
• Option to choose between two medical plans: a PPO plan known as the Copay Plan or a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) referred to as the High Deductible Plan.
