This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Promote the organization's products and services within a designated geographical area, product range, or key account to meet sales and revenue objectives.
• Identify new business prospects that align with the organization’s overall market and growth strategies.
• Utilize SFDC actively to manage and document leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities, ensuring all customer and opportunity data is current and accurately recorded in the CRM system.
• Analyze SFDC data for assigned customers to uncover trends, generate insights, and monitor sales performance.
• Drive the introduction of newly launched innovative products and services into the market, following up proactively on the successful execution of sales activities.
• Evaluate and analyze customer needs, generate leads, respond to inquiries, and recommend products and services as needed.
• Develop and execute account plans, and request and coordinate resources in alignment with those plans.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance market perception and devise effective strategies to capture business from accounts.
• Organize and take part in marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Regularly assess each customer’s potential and strategize to convert it into business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering (a higher level of education is advantageous).
• Over 3 years of field sales experience in the Pharma and/or Biotech sectors.
• Practical knowledge and proactive use of SFDC and other CRM tools.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, energetic, results-oriented, with the capacity to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
