This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reduce the ramp-up time for representatives by managing the technical aspect of sales onboarding and continuous enablement, enabling them to independently handle most technical discussions without relying solely on TSS;

• Mitigate the risk of a single point of failure in technical expertise by alleviating the workload of the current TSS during pre-sales, expansion, and partner-led transactions, ensuring that no deal is delayed due to dependence on one individual;

• Accelerate deal cycles by providing demonstrations that set the internal benchmark — demonstrations that representatives can study, replicate, and learn from;

• Propel deals to closure in the role of a technical co-closer, rather than just a confirmer — emphasizing value, addressing gaps with roadmap and vision, and maintaining momentum even when the response isn't a straightforward "yes, today";

• Influence the product roadmap by converting field insights into actionable input that product managers can effectively utilize — and ensuring feedback is communicated back to representatives once updates are deployed;

• Enhance Migrate-to-Protect attachment rates by facilitating expansion discussions with current customers and assisting Account Executives and Account Managers in linking various products;

• Multiply the team’s technical impact by creating reusable resources and AI-driven workflows to prevent recurring issues from burdening the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical sales position at a B2B SaaS organization;

• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform (experience in governance, migration, or related areas is a significant advantage);

• Strong business acumen with a history of successfully influencing deals to closure;

• Exceptional demo skills — you approach it as a craft, rather than merely a task;

• A mindset geared towards building: you seek systems and AI workflows that expand your knowledge instead of trading your time for every issue;

• Authentic fluency in AI — adept at creating your own workflows, not just utilizing tools superficially;

• Effective, confident communication skills across various audiences, from IT administrators to CIOs to partner sales representatives (bilingual in French and English is a valuable asset).
