This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive sales and increase revenue by promoting Sartorius products and services within a designated geographic area and customer base.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that align with overall market and growth strategies.
• Proactively manage, document, and maintain all customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in SFDC as the foundation for sales execution and performance tracking.
• Analyze SFDC data to uncover customer trends, generate insights, and monitor sales performance for designated accounts.
• Introduce and actively promote newly launched innovative products and services, ensuring effective market implementation and follow-up.
• Evaluate customer needs, generate leads, respond to inquiries, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Develop and implement account plans, coordinating internal resources in accordance with defined strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance market perception and successfully expand business within accounts.
• Coordinate and engage in marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Continuously evaluate customer potential and convert opportunities into sustainable business growth.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships grounded in trust and partnership.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering; advanced education is considered an asset.
• A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, ideally within laboratory or process-oriented life science environments.
• Hands-on experience with and proactive use of SFDC or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-driven and results-oriented work style with the capability to operate independently and responsibly.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
