• Effectively communicate product offerings to customers in the refinery, petrochemical, power generation, and light industrial sectors.
• Address sales inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring effective responses.
• Review contracts while tackling design and technical inquiries, as well as providing updates on project status.
• Sustain communication and facilitate the efforts of others to ensure timely quote and order fulfillment.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of product lines, pricing, delivery timelines, and other pertinent data as necessary.
• Take full ownership and manage all customer requests and concerns until they are resolved.
• Proven sales experience in the refinery, light industrial, petrochemical, and power generation sectors.
• Technical proficiency to assist both customers and fabricators during the sales process and after-sales support.
• Must reside within the sales territory and be willing to travel to customer facilities at least 80% of the time within the assigned region.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
