This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accountable for delivering exceptional field technical sales support to clients for all JB Products and systems.
• Oversee and service the current business and client base within the designated sales territory.
• Build and sustain professional business relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with current clients; explore new opportunities and products, cross-sell additional products, follow up on previous orders and ongoing applications, and finalize sales.
• Identify, generate, and qualify sales opportunities and leads; hold sales calls and meetings, offer recommendations, and discuss product options and opportunities.
• Visit clients to review products and applications, assess and suggest solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
• Manage CRM; create, submit, track, and update the status of all proposals, quotations, and customer inquiries in Salesforce.
• Engage in joint calls with management, suppliers, and representatives from other divisions.
• Maintain regular communication with internal team members; provide technical support for products and systems, and assist with product selection and proposals.
• Participate in collaborative calls with strategic suppliers to uncover new opportunities or enhance the Company's offerings.
• Represent the Company at tradeshows; deliver professional technical presentations and promote core products for specific applications.
• Establish professional development goals and work towards achieving them; attend all mandatory training.
• College Diploma in a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong sales skills with a genuine desire to further develop those skills.
• Must exhibit solid technical and mechanical proficiency related to various product applications.
• Advanced computer skills; adept with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• A proactive mindset with a strong technical aptitude and a fundamental understanding of industrial processes.
• Must demonstrate interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong presentation skills and experience in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Familiarity with industry products, systems, and applications.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems.
