πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Accountable for driving success in meeting product plan objectives through robust technical knowledge in client services, training, and solution design.

β€’ Enhance product sales by identifying and utilizing opportunities within the assigned territory.

β€’ Promote product specifications among architectural and engineering firms as well as Department of Transportation (DOT) entities to ensure inclusion in project designs.

β€’ Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as architects, engineers, consultants, and specifiers.

β€’ Present engaging, technically accurate presentations and conduct lunch-and-learn sessions to highlight product value and performance advantages.

β€’ Provide expert advice on product selection, application techniques, and compliance requirements for clients and specifiers.

β€’ Keep abreast of regional construction trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to uncover new opportunities.

β€’ Monitor competitor products and market trends to guide sales strategies and enhance product positioning.

β€’ Collaborate with Marketing, Inventory Planning, and R&D to offer field insights and assist in promotional initiatives.

β€’ Ensure that company products are specified and utilized in significant projects from the planning phase through to execution.

β€’ Synchronize new product launches with customer requirements, ensuring readiness for the market and fostering early adoption.

β€’ Maintain precise records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Generally requires a BS/BA in a relevant field.

β€’ Typically, 5-8 years of experience in a related area OR an MS/MA with around 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

β€’ Certification may be necessary in certain areas.

β€’ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

β€’ Proficient in drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.

β€’ Capable of calculating discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and other metrics, and familiar with basic algebra and geometry concepts.
