This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
β’ Assume responsibility for managing the designated sales territory, which includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Colorado.
β’ Act as the primary commercial liaison for Ohalo's Founders Farm program within the specified sales territory.
β’ Propel seed sales growth in the territory, overseeing the process from lead generation to closing, while meeting sales quotas.
β’ Establish and nurture strong relationships with growers and other essential stakeholders.
β’ Inform customers about Ohalo's technology, value proposition, and the performance of its products.
β’ Gather and communicate market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to internal teams.
β’ Represent Ohalo professionally at field days, grower meetings, and industry events.
β’ Travel frequently within the territory (approximately 50%), which may include day trips and some overnight travel.
β’ A bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, plant science, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural sales, seed sales, agronomy, or a comparable commercial position.
β’ Demonstrated ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with growers and partners.
β’ A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
