
Technical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Generates awareness, education, and demand for LATICRETE products.
• Drives sales through distribution channels, contractors, architects/designers, end users, and builders.
• Frequently collaborates with distributors, contractors, general contractors, architects, and others to foster relationships and establish trust.
• Conducts product knowledge training, which includes product usage demonstrations (both hands-on and PowerPoint).
• Reviews stocking profiles with distributors to optimize sales in the local market.
• Leads business overview meetings, presentations, distributor success plan discussions, potential MVP meetings, project tracking sessions, and opportunity planning meetings.
• Assists customers in identifying the most suitable systems and products for their application requirements.
• Performs job site visits to offer technical support.
• Actively engages in social media groups and communications as deemed appropriate with customers.
• Develops a comprehensive Territory Business Plan to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborates with territory partners, managers, and other team members to exchange ideas for enhancing territory service.
• Works with internal departments to address issues such as shipping and production to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attends industry events, including trade shows and local and national professional organization gatherings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Sales or within the Construction industry.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing long-term professional partnerships.
• Industry training and certifications are highly preferred.
• Product application experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the local market is highly desirable.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and build relationships across internal departments and with a diverse range of skills and personalities.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, including the capability to present to large audiences.
• Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
